Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policies

When finalizing your order, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, replace products or modify the chosen payment method.

 

For food safety reasons, exchanges or returns of products will not be allowed, except in the case of a defective product or in disagreement with the purchase made, provided that it has the proper storage indicated on the packaging, without violation and purchase invoice.


The request for product exchange or return must be requested via email to atendimento@misteracai.com.br.
